*All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
*Please review and ensure that you have entered correct address. We`re not responsive for non-delivery due to error in contact address that you provide. If your order is returned due to this, we will refund the actual amount and ask to resubmit the order based on our refund policy click here

* 24 hours delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Mayiladuthurai region.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Shipment only to addresses within Tamilnadu.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has been shipped.
You will receive the tracking number only if the goods are sent through courier/ parcel.
Damages
KVS eMart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping through courier/parcel. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
